When you have lost a loved one you may find coping with grief incredibly difficult. If you are finding that your feelings of grief are affecting your life then you may benefit from finding bereavement support in order to help you through this very emotional time. If you’re not sure how you feel, you could try the NHS mood self-assessment.
If you feel like you are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, you can refer yourself directly for free psychological therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) via the NHS.
